Hello, I am Joanna Paterson. I am a fully qualified and Insured Reflexologist. I Studied with the London School of Reflexology. I have also taken further training in Maternity and Pregnancy Reflexology.
I have been a therapist for several years and I really love my work! I am still in awe of the amazing results that Reflexology can have on a person. Over the years I have learnt a variety of techniques that I use during a session to get the best results for each person - no treatment is ever the same.
My treatments are relaxed, informal and confidential. I offer a nurturing, safe healing space for people to share their concerns and worries.
I can offer Reflexology Treatments at Crystal Palace Osteopaths in Crystal Palace, or Lawler Steel Hair & Beauty in West Dulwich or from my home in Gipsy Hill. I also offer home visits, bringing my own massage chair, towels, blankets and music so that you can relax and enjoy your treatment from the comfort of your own home.
The first treatment starts with an initial consultation where I will take a detailed medical history, including your current condition, medical history, diet and lifestyle so that I can devise an effective treatment plan. You can have as many treatments as you feel comfortable with, however I would recommend at least four to get the full benefits.
